Yes. Catholic schools may be eligible to use Title II, Part A (ESSA) equitable services funding to cover the cost of consulting and professional development services at no cost to the school. Coaching sessions are primarily conducted via video conference, making it easy to connect from anywhere in the country. On-site visits are also available for school assessments, strategic planning sessions, and speaking engagements. Travel costs for on-site visits are billed separately.

Most coaching packages include two virtual sessions per month, plus on-call support between sessions. For new principals, we develop a 90-day entry plan and provide a first-year leadership toolkit. For experienced leaders, we focus on strategic planning, school culture, and measurable goal-setting. Every engagement is customized to your needs.

Every engagement is customized based on scope and needs, so pricing varies. We offer packages for individual principals as well as larger diocesan contracts.
